Placement: Place the aluminum foil lid over the opening of the container, ensuring it aligns properly.
Heat Sealing: Use a heat sealing machine or equipment to apply heat and pressure to the lid. This activates the heat-sealable layer on the foil, bonding it to the container rim.
Cooling: Allow the sealed container to cool down. The heat-sealed aluminum foil lid creates a secure, airtight seal, preserving the freshness and integrity of the product inside.
2. Induction Seal Aluminum Foil Lids:
Preparation: Similar to heat seal lids, ensure the container is filled and ready for sealing.
Placement: Place the induction seal aluminum foil lid on top of the container.
Induction Sealing Machine: Use an induction sealing machine equipped with an induction sealing head.
Sealing Process:
The machine generates an electromagnetic field that heats the aluminum foil layer of the lid.
This heat activates a heat-sealable layer or material inside the lid, bonding it to the container’s rim.
Cooling and Inspection: Allow the sealed container to cool. Inspect the container to ensure the lid is securely sealed and tamper-evident.
3. Pre-cut Aluminum Foil Lids:
Opening: Locate the pre-cut or perforated tab on the lid.
Peeling: Gently pull the tab to peel back the aluminum foil lid. This action should reveal the opening of the container, allowing easy access to the product inside.
Consumption: After opening, use the product as desired. The aluminum foil lid may remain attached to the container or can be disposed of.

Handling: Handle aluminum foil lids with care to avoid tearing or damaging the material.
Storage: Store lids in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain their integrity.
