Pump body: The pump body is the main part of the distributor and is usually made of plastic. It contains a chamber for storing body wash and a compressible piston or pump head.
Piston or pump head: The piston or pump head is connected to the pump body and can be operated by pressing or rotating. When the piston or pump head is pressed or rotated, it creates pressure in the pump body and pushes the body wash out.
Straw: The straw connects the pump body to the body wash container and is used to draw the body wash from the container into the pump body. Straws usually have a certain length and diameter to ensure good suction.
Valve: Between the pump body and the straw or at the outlet of the pump body, a valve may be set to control the flow of the body wash. Valves can be simple switching structures or more complex designs for precise flow control.
Pressure generation and release: When the piston or pump head is pressed, it creates pressure in the pump body, causing the body wash to be squeezed out. When the piston or pump head is released, the pressure is reduced and the body wash is re-drawn into the pump through the straw.
Seal: In order to prevent the shower gel from leaking, the dispenser needs to be sealed between the various parts. This can be achieved by using gaskets, seals, or other sealing structures.
