Design and planning: Determine the specifications, performance requirements and use scenarios of airless washing liquid pumps. Detailed design, including pump structure, impeller design, sealing system, etc.
Material selection: Select the appropriate material to manufacture the various components of the pump, such as the pump body, impeller, shaft, etc. Corrosion resistance, strength and wear resistance of the material are usually considered.
Machining the pump body: Manufacture the pump body using appropriate machining processes, such as casting, forging or welding. Make sure the inside of the pump body is smooth to reduce fluid resistance.
Manufacture impeller: Manufacture impeller according to design requirements. The shape and size of the impeller will affect the flow and head of the pump. The impeller can be manufactured using casting, machining or injection molding methods.
Install the impeller: Install the impeller on the pump shaft and ensure that it can rotate freely and has a good seal between the pump body.
Design the sealing system: Choose a suitable type of seal, such as a mechanical seal or a packing seal, to prevent liquid leakage. Ensure the reliability and durability of the sealing system.
Assemble the pump body: Assemble the various components to the pump body, including impeller, shaft, sealing system, etc. Strict assembly quality control to ensure the overall performance of the pump.
Test and debugging: The assembled airless washing pump performance test, including flow, head, efficiency and other parameters measurement. Debug and optimize according to the test results.
Surface treatment: The surface of the pump is treated, such as anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, to increase the service life of the pump.
Quality inspection: Conduct a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure that the airless wash pump complies with relevant standards and specifications.
